Maintenance and calibration

Medefix’s aim is to make the annual calibration process as easy as possible for healthcare teams. Annually, our Service Manager will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable and convenient date.
Our engineer will attend site, check, and calibrate the medical equipment. Dated approved stickers will be attached to each item. Our highly qualified and experienced engineers are qualified to assist with any queries that you may have.
Medefix will provide both hard copy and electronic asset lists, along with certification of calibration. If any items have failed the tests, it will be recorded clearly on the documentation.
If you have only one or two items our return to base service may be the quickest and most economical service for you. Our engineers will service your equipment in our workshop and return it to you promptly.


If you have an issue an experienced engineer will provide technical support over the phone. Many common issues can be sorted without an engineer’s visit. But if a visit is needed, we will get a qualified engineer to you quickly.
